MORE: MY UI & UX WORK @BOTXO
BOTXO IS A DANISH AI CHATBOT STARTUP. WHEN WORKING FOR THEM, MY MAIN TASK WAS TO RE-DESIGN THE ABOUT PAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE - BOTH DESKTOP AND MOBILE VERSIONS. MOREOVER, I PERFORMED SMALLER DESIGN AND VIDEO-ORIENTED TASKS.

Different design alternatives to the carriers section.
When re-designing the About page, I started by - as always - sketching the page’s overall layout. Through several iterations, I moved to wireframe in Adobe XD. I based the page’s design on a block system - each block being a different type of content/information. An example of a block can be, for instance, open job positions, team members profiles, office locations or contact form. I develop several - if not multiple - different designs based on the company visual identity guidelines for each block. My designs underwent feedback and review sessions with fellow designers. The final designs were then combined, standardised and published.
But as always, there was more to this task than just designing. User experience aspects have had to be thought about. Examples include how the user will scroll through the page, which visual elements will and should (or should not) attract their attention. I also made the displayed information easy to read or skim.

Moreover, to improve the overall experience from visiting the page, I created animations that make the About page more visually attractive and responsive UX-wise.
One of them was designed for the header images (with the company employees) in the form of a carousel. Other examples of the animations include tab switching done for team members profiles, filtering open vacancies, contact form pop-up. Animations were also done in Adobe XD.

Furthermore, I had other side-projects during my time at BotXO. I created t-shirts for the Copenhagen and Madrid teams to be used during different events and presentations. What is more, I designed thumbnails for Youtube videos using Adobe Photoshop.
Besides all these UI and UX-related tasks, I video- and photographed a Customer Experience Group event at the company's headquarters. After that, I edited, and colour graded this video and interviews about AI bots from TechBBQ. This task allowed me to learn more about professional video editing, sound processing and colour grading. I also edited multiple pictures from the CX group event using Adobe Photoshop.
